Return Eligibility

You may return your candlesticks, vases, or decorative lamps within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included. Items that show signs of use, damage, or wear cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@comfortlyatelier.world with your order details. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number. Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Once you receive return authorization, carefully package the item in its original packaging. Include the return authorization number and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.

For damaged items, we may request photos to assess the extent of damage. Once confirmed, we will expedite the replacement or refund process. Quality is our priority, and we stand behind every product we sell.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or do not match the agreed specifications. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

If a custom order does not meet the agreed specifications or is defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include remaking the item or providing a full refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, use secure packaging and consider insurance for valuable items. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if not properly insured.
